He has honed his skills over the years and constantly keeps up with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. He is a certified Invisalign, veneers, and implants provider, and is licensed to provide oral sedation, to help patients overcome anxiety or fear when visiting the dentist.

Dr. Darren Kaplan

General Dentist

Dr. Darren Kaplan graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Dentistry in 2006. Upon graduation he was selected to participate in a one year dental residency program at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, where he gained valuable experience in surgical and emergency dentistry. Dr. Kaplan has been practicing dentistry with a special focus on sedation and surgical procedures.

While not in the office Dr. Kaplan enjoys spending time with family and friends and is kept very busy by his two daughters. He enjoys an active lifestyle, taking part in various sports and activities. Dr. Kaplan has a very gentle and caring approach to dentistry and is excited to be a member of our team. He is looking forward to meeting you and making your dental experience a positive one
Dr. Hajer Al Tayeb

General Dentist

Dr. Hajer is a dedicated dentist with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. She is committed to excellence in her profession and believes in providing compassionate dental care at the highest level.

She enjoys all aspects of general and family dentistry.

Dr. Hajer is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up to date with the latest advances in dentistry. She regularly attends seminars and conferences and is a member of several professional organizations.

Dr. Hajer also strives to provide the most positive dental experience she can offer.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and traveling.

Dr. Kassra Baghaei

General Dentist

After moving to Ajax in 2005, Dr. Baghaei began his journey of learning and passion for dentistry at University of Western Ontario where he completed his Bachelor of Medical Science degree (Honours) with distinction. During his time at Western University Dr. Baghaei immersed himself in cancer research, dental outreach programs, and further involved himself with the pre-dental society. Following this, Dr. Baghaei obtained his dental degree (Honours) from University College Cork, during which he was nominated as class president.

Dr. Baghaei returned home to serve his local community in Durham. Taking a patient-centred approach his top priority is the education and comfort of his patients. Dr. Baghaei ensures a calm and collaborative environment which have allowed him to build trusting relationships with his patients.

Dr Baghaei is always ready for a conversation and will help his patients to play an active role in their oral health. Outside the office Dr. Baghaei enjoys spending time with family and friends while counting down the days to camping season.
